There is nothing written in the Scriptures of that lonely Saturday. All we have is the news of Friday and that the body of Jesus was “laid in a tomb.” And after that…silence…

Silence in a visionless heart brings the greatest fear; faith in remembered promises brings the greatest joy. Saturday is secluded silence; Sunday is fulfilled faith.
So many unspoken messages in this moving time of quiet reflection. Good Friday and Holy Saturday are preparation for difficult days that come uninvited. Have Faith. Standing back and doing nothing when an injustice is done is no better than casting a stone. Compassion has no limits; kindness has no enemies. May sunshine fill all the corners of the Deloach’s hearts and home…to you and dear Amy, Clark and Aaron.
